Please be aware that this role is a 9 month Fixed Term Contract/ Secondment
Everything we do is built around building great relationships and providing the best experiences for our candidates and colleagues. In this role you must have an eye for detail, be able to work at pace, be well planned and organised.
All the exciting things that happen to a candidate throughout the recruitment journey sits on your desk, for example, scheduling interviews, creation of offer documentation, checking their right to work, arranging their building and system access through to making sure the correct and accurate files are sent to payroll for processing.
Customer service, personality, and charm as well as maturity and resilience are the key characteristics that are required for someone to be successful in this role.

Salary for this role will be between £19,360 and £24,200 DOE (or within the company rules for secondment allowances if internal)
The COVID-19 pandemic has meant that we have had to limit access to our offices. The majority of our colleagues are currently working remotely from home. Once it is safe to do so we look forward to welcoming everyone back and collaborating in new and exciting ways. This would include you, should your application be successful. So it is important that you live within a commutable distance to our office as we plan to have a hybrid model in the future – with colleagues splitting their time between office and home working.
