All the exciting things that happen to a candidate throughout the recruitment journey sits on your desk, for example, scheduling interviews, creation of offer documentation, checking their right to work, arranging their building and system access through to making sure the correct and accurate files are sent to payroll for processing.

Customer service, personality, and charm as well as maturity and resilience are the key characteristics that are required for someone to be successful in this role.

Autonomy, Accountabilities, & Deliverables

• You be required to own co-ordination for external & internal hires, contract extensions, secondments, and other hiring related activity.
• Great with process, procedures, and governance
• Can work to deadlines and won’t put things off till tomorrow, what they can get done today
• Can be trusted with confidential information
• Have great Excel and Word skills and technology.
• Problem solver, looks for ways to strengthen processes and make things better
• Happy to push back and seek clarity from others when unsure or things don’t look right.
• Not a key board warrior. Someone who likes to get on the phone and speak to people.

Previous Experience

• Previous co-ordinator/admin/reception experience either in a HR/Project/Events function or travel, hospitality, financial services, or business services sector.
• Previous experience of working in the complaints department for the executive office would be helpful.
• Have breadth of experience, should have worked in 3 or more large corporates previously.
• Experience of working with and can be trusted with highly confidential information
• Great with technology

How We will Reward you:

Salary for this role will be between £19,360 and £24,200 DOE (or within the company rules for secondment allowances if internal)

The COVID-19 pandemic has meant that we have had to limit access to our offices. The majority of our colleagues are currently working remotely from home.
