Job Description
Summary of Role:
The Senior HR Advisor is a generalist role which will support processes and programs for GTS and the GTS HR team across all locations (Hungary, Netherlands, United Kingdom, and United States). The role will have responsibilities which cross multiple HR functions to include recruitment, compensation, talent management, and organizational change.
Key Tasks:
Provide support to the recruiting processes within GTS. This includes coaching managers on the recruitment process, ensuring that recruitment data is maintained, and completing recruitment-related workday tasks.
Support compensation processes and programs for GTS. This includes facilitating the pricing of new roles and will require building a strong understanding of various IT functions.
Review and update documentation of HR processes and procedures as necessary to ensure alignment with Risk and Controls standards. Provide data for Risk and Controls assessments.
Provide advice, support and guidance on a wide range of HR tasks to employees and managers throughout the business, to allow them to carry out administrative tasks in accordance with agreed legislative processes, procedures, and best practice.
Support HR projects and processes in Talent Management, Inclusion and Diversity, Organizational Change, and Employee Engagement.
Assist the HR team in identifying better, more effective ways of working. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Support development and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance quality and customer experience, reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office packages including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Ability to work effectively with different types of people.
Good planning and organisation capability, including the ability to document processes.
Ability to pay a high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Good influencing and facilitation skills.
Critical thinking skills to resolve problems and recommend solutions.
Flexibility to handle change and change processes in a fast-faced environment.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the employment legislative framework
Strong understanding of all aspects of HR and how they interact.
Understanding of corporate structures, policies and procedures.
Understanding of project and process management techniques.
Experience:
Work experience in a fast-paced HR environment with exposure to multiple functions within HR.
Supporting HR projects through to delivery.
Evidence of delivering a high standard of customer service.
Strong administration experience, preferably within an HR environment.
Experience with Workday or other HRIS tools.
Qualifications:
Educated to GCSE/Standard Grade level including English and Maths.
Membership of or studying towards CIPD would be beneficial
