Job Description
The HR coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR Support and Advice team with all employee lifecycle administration including daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc and cyclical administration activity. They will work in conjunction with the payroll coordinator to ensure the integrity of our employee data; looking for opportunities to streamline the processes across both operational teams.
Key Tasks:
You will take responsibility for all HR admin activity, including but not limited to activity and continuous auditing of our document management system (DMS), Right to Work documentation and payroll integration files.
Provide phone cover on the helpdesk providing guidance on a wide range of HR tasks to employees and managers throughout the business.
Work closely with the payroll team to process applications for people change requirements and ensure that all date is kept up to date and accurate between Oracle and Workday systems.
Monitor and respond on the team mailbox as well as supporting with the continuous improvement and projects within the wider HR teams.
Support HR team members with administrative tasks e.g., preparing meeting packs, taking minutes etc.
Skills/experience:
Proven track record of working in a similar role ideally within financial services.
Highly organised, with great planning abilities and multi-tasking skills.
Experience of dealing with complex customer queries throughout their full life cycle to resolution.
Be a fantastic communicator both verbally and in writing. With the ability to challenge and influence others at all levels.
You like working collaboratively with a team and are comfortable dealing with people on the phone.
You will take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
How We will Reward you:
Salary for this role will be between £20,400 and £25,500 DOE (or within Aegon UK policy for internal applicants)
Non-contributory Pension between 8% and 12% dependent on age
