Aegis Title Partners, LLC Hiring for Account Executive (Title & Escrow) Full Time

Aegis Title Partners, LLC has an opening for an experienced title industry professional to manage a key title company partnership with one of the top real estate brokerages in Southwest Florida, as well as to spearhead expansion within the region.

Competitive base salary plus production-based commission.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the real estate title industry is required. Must be a licensed Florida title producer or willing to obtain licensure. Must have experience conducting real estate closings. An existing book of business / customer base is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Qualia is preferred but not required.

The candidate must be a self-starter, detail oriented, must have strong writing and interpersonal communication skills, and must provide exceptional customer service to lenders, realtors, attorneys, buyers, and sellers.

Duties include:

– Title production, closing, escrow & post-closing, primarily in Collier & Lee counties;

– Relationship management – being the title ‘point person’ for a key real estate brokerage partnership;

– Conducting residential and commercial real estate closings, as needed;

– Office management, business development, and strategy;

– Occasional travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
