About the Position:
The Powder Coater / General Labour position requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and willingness to learn proper technique.

The successful candidate will be provided the training necessary to develop into an Aegis-trained powder coat technician.

DUTIES:
Assist the Lead Coater with the transport of goods through the shop.

Carefully pack finished customer goods for shipping.

Identify and source required powder for jobs in the schedule.

Talk with teammates to keep production flowing.

Attend and contribute to production hurdles, safety meetings, and training as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Capable of reading and writing in English.

Able to safely lift to 50lbs.

Actively engage in problem-solving, not problem naming.

Effective at time management.

Detail-oriented and able to follow a process to completion.
