AEG Hiring for Digital Marketing Internship at Round Rock, TX, United States Full Time

The Digital Marketing Assistant / Internship is a part-time, seasonal position for our team. In this role you will get the skills you need to play an integral part in the overall success of the Round Rock Express understanding digital marketing campaigns.

This position is responsible for expanding and maintaining the digital brands as well as maximizing team community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling and creative social media content on Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Threads for the Round Rock Express and various events at Dell Diamond, maintaining the distinct voice of the Express, to increase followers, drive engagement, create brand awareness, generate sales leads, etc.
• Assist with social media oversight, including but not limited to : interacting with comments and finding time-sensitive trends.
• Assist with Google Events and utilize Sprout Social for social media content scheduling.
• Required to work Express games as assigned and is present for stadium events and community relations events as scheduled.
• Assist with other digital marketing & community relations duties as assigned.
• This position may also regularly help with game promotions and / or client services as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate or need this experience to graduate.
• This position requires the individual to reside in the area and work in our front office starting in March. We will work with a school schedule as needed.
• Must display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Quick learner with the ability to work well under pressure / tight deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual, and courteous as this role requires a good deal of interaction with our partners and customer base..
• Must have previous organizational social media posting and development experience in some capacity.
• Must be willing to work our game schedule which includes weeknights and weekends.
• Professional photography experience a plus.
