We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Civil Infrastructure team across our Victoria, South Australia & Tasmania region. The role is based from our Regional Head Office in Melbourne, with flexible / work-from-home options, and is initially offered on a fixed-term basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment including talent attraction, selection, assessment and interview, amongst other duties, for permanent, fixed-term and contingent hires.
You will support our hiring managers, providing best practice recruitment services across all business lines, including both technical and non-technical staff.
Minimum Requirements
The successful applicant will have previous experience working in Talent Acquisition, ideally within engineering or technical disciplines.
You will pride yourself on your ability to build deliver exceptional service, by using best practice to recruit the highest-calibre candidates in the industry.
With a a strong focus on building employer brand you will ensure candidates have a positive experience in the recruitment process.
You will be comfortable engaging and influencing stakeholders and candidates at all levels of seniority. You embrace and build on new ideas and you aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves up and get things done.
Your energetic approach and ability to remain agile in a high-pressure environment will be the key to your success in this role.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
