You must have an active health insurance license in the state of NEW YORK

Advocate Health Advisors is a national industry leading FMO in the Medicare market which provides the means for local Medicare Insurance Sales Agents to serve as trusted advisors within their community. We are looking for highly motivated, confident, enthusiastic individuals with a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Our Sales Representative will sell individual health plan products and services in a field setting.

• Make sales presentations to eligible qualified Medicare persons – virtually, at their homes, doctors’ offices, etc. using approved governmental guidelines.

• Initiate sales opportunities with seniors, individually or in groups, to sell individual health plan policies.

• Make virtual and on-site presentations to prospective seniors or senior groups to increase enrollment.

• Qualify prospects onsite and close sale, if possible. Otherwise, refer to inside sales for follow-up.

• Influence department’s strategy.

• The Advocate Health Advisors Sales Representative sells individual health plan products and services in a field setting tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Under minimum supervision, initiates sales opportunities with seniors, individually or in groups, to sell individual health plan policies.

• Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Hold an active Health & Life Insurance License

Medicare sales experience – (2+ years experience preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
