Adviza is a registered charity that inspires and supports young people and adults to progress in learning and work. Here in the not for profit sector we are all about the client.

Berkshire Education Employer Partnership (BEEP) is a programme to align young people and employers in Berkshire, encouraging businesses to create opportunities, nurture talent and develop employability skills in young people across the county. BEEP will facilitate partnerships between local education centres and employers, to help young people in Berkshire to learn more about the career opportunities available to them and will aim to retain and grow talent and skills pools across the county, broadening young people’s exposure to different opportunities.

BEEP is delivered by careers charity Adviza and our delivery partners Activate Learning, Learning to Work, Newbury College and West Berkshire EBP. The programme is funded by the European Social Fund and the Department of Work and Pensions

What do we need from you?

– Your high degree of personal resilience and determination to achieve results – this is a results focussed area of work and it’s all about outcomes.

– Your track record in developing and managing positive relationships especially with employers – an understanding of the local labour market in Berkshire.

– Experience of coordinating projects supporting young people and schools.
