The Customer Success Onboarding Coordinator is a full time remote or in-office, Monday to Friday, opportunity at Advisor Websites. As the main point of contact, you’ll be a liaison between our clients and our web design team, as we build them beautiful, professional, and responsive websites. Advisor Websites is a fast growing company and are looking for a team member who is good with change, quick to adapt, and eager to grow with us!
* Responsibilities: *
Be the voice of Advisor Websites for all new clients
Guide our clients through the website setup process
Evenly distribute tasks to our web design team
Manage all client communication through email, phone, and zoom meetings
Provide timelines and regular updates for our clients during the development of their websites
About You:
Experience using a CMS (Drupal/Wordpress Etc)
You love being on the phone and engaging with clients
You’ve worked and thrived in a goal driven environment
You have a project management mentality towards organization and task prioritization
Passionate about the web, technology, and a great team player
Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
HTML & CSS experience is a bonus
