Role Description:

We are seeking a Junior Paid Ads Analyst/Specialist with a passion for digital advertising. As a Junior Paid Media Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced team to assist in the management and analysis of paid media campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in the field of paid media.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, optimisation, and monitoring of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Support in conducting digital marketing data to identify trends and insights related to campaign performance.
• Help compile data from digital platforms to create regular s, including analysis for insights and optimisations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Contribute to the development of paid media strategies based on data insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid media analysis.

Required Skills:

• Enthusiasm for digital advertising, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms is a plus.
• Eagerness to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
• Good communication skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• No prior professional experience in digital marketing is required, but a basic understanding of digital marketing or data analysis is a plus.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Australian residency preferred.
• Completion of relevant studies in the field is preferred.
