Advinia Healthcare Hiring for Overseas Recruiter Job at Remote Full Time

Advinia Healthcare are looking for someone to work closely with the Home Managers, you will source high quality Healthcare workers and nurses from overseas, who have the experience, skillset and values required to deliver complex care on a one to one basis in our client’s homes. This role will suit a recruiter with healthcare experience who can recruit at volume, whilst also ensuring the perfect match between our care team and our clients.

Main duties:

• You will be required to review candidates, post job ads and arrange interviews.
• Managing overseas process with the Home Office, Candidates from start to finish
• To support in the recruitment processes and retention of staff through care, guidance and support.
• To participate in recruitment days and interviewing.
• You will be responsible for providing care workers using the resources provided
• To support new starters through the induction process and probationary period.
• You will be responsible of onboarding and enrolment.
