Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
– Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database.
– Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
– Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Previous customer service experience is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
– Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
