Background on this role
We have a newly established Talent Acquisition (TA) department, creating a ‘recruitment centre of excellence’ to provide exceptional outcomes to support the business, which will greatly impact the high quality of care we offer our patients. We already have some great recruitment processes and systems in place, but we are now on a journey to lift the quality of specialist recruitment services by ensuring recruitment best practice and an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

What you will be doing in this role
This is a highly autonomous role, ing into our experienced and supportive Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a specialised recruitment role, focusing on Nursing. The TA team form part of the wider People & Culture team.
You will be at the mid level of your career, responsible for delivering high quality TA services in support of our business and people resourcing plans, with a specialty focus on nursing. The role spans all aspects of talent acquisition service delivery. Primarily, business partnering with key stakeholders and hiring managers, from the development of nursing candidate talent pools & channels through to advertising, candidate screening, interviews, offers and pre-employment compliance checks.
Additionally, this role is crucial to championing our employer brand by ensuring an exceptional candidate experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, by giving timely feedback and guiding them throughout their application journey.
Your role will support nursing recruitment campaigns and as the TA function evolves this role has the opportunity to grow with it.
