About the Job
Reporting to the HR Director, this role involves heavy phone work and recruiting across various platforms. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Leading organizational recruitment strategy, including staying up to date with current best practices
• Managing job postings, reviewing resumes, sourcing candidates, performing phone screens, scheduling interviews and creating guides, and conducting reference checks
• Managing and maintaining applicant files and serving as the primary point of contact for applicants
• Managing relationships with staffing agencies and external sourcing partners
• Coordinating on-boarding for new hires, including pre-employment screenings and orientation
• Attending job fairs
• Maintaining ATS job postings and applicant data, including running reports
• Making recommendations on process improvements and best practices

About You
Qualifications for this role include:

• Experience in and knowledge of recruiting/talent acquisition
• Knowledge of ATS and the applicant process preferred
• Excellent collaboration and communication service skills
• Quick learner with good technological skills
