Responsibilities Include:
This critical position carries out various duties, collaborating with all internal departments including sales, recruiting, accounting, and external HR partners. Duties include:

• Facilitating hiring and onboarding, including computer setup and scheduling interviews
• Coordinating with external partners to manage contracts and employee benefits and conducting exit interviews
• Managing client and holiday gifts
• Orchestrating internal and client-facing events, including venue and setup
• Managing vendor contracts and sourcing
• Collaborating with accounting teams to facilitate payroll
• Maintaining office supplies and appearance

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and Office Management
• Experience in employee relations and HR vendor management
• Knowledge of recruiting and onboarding and the ability to suggest process improvements
• Strong prioritization skills
• Knowledge of payroll and accounting
• Event planning and logistics skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
