Advent Home Medical Hiring for Marketing Associate Full Time

Advent Home Medical is a leading home health care provider specializing in the care of ventilator dependent patients. Our passion is to continue to advocate for and provide our patients with the exceptional quality of home care we would want for our own families. The Marketing Associate is responsible for helping enhance the Company’s print, digital, and online marketing initiatives. This position will be responsible for collaborating with all areas of the business to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our internal and external marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist as needed with all print, digital, online, and in person marketing initiatives
• Create, plan, and schedule content for social media platforms to initiate online engagement
• Research competitor advantages, new marketing trends, social media trends and hashtags
• Work with the Marketing and Sales department to strategize content ideas
• Use analytics tools to gauge the success of posts and campaigns
• Coordinate with website designer/host (Forbin) to schedule and plan more engaging posts and blogs
• Assist with collaboration on email and Ad campaigning
• Weekly and Monthly HubSpot-CRM ing and data maintenance
• any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer
• Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions
• Participate in the Company’s Performance Improvement program as requested by the Performance Improvement Coordinator
• Participate in Company committees when requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Digital Marketing Specialist
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Business Development

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate/bachelors degree, preferred).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking ability.
• Skills and experience in createive content writing.
• Effective interpoersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience as a digital marketer or similar
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, e-mail campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends etc.)
• Experience in healthcare, durable medical equipment or home health industry, preferred
• Computer skills that include knowledge of Microsoft Office, efficient use of the internet, and e-mail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
