Advanced Supply Chain Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Sheffield, England Full Time

Advanced Supply Chain are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver a high-quality consultative service across the business. You will be playing a key part in making sure resources are delivered in timely manner and are always on hand to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
We are wanting to bring in a colleague who wants to own bringing in top talent! As well as someone who shares our core values of being innovative in our solutions to attracting top talent, as well as being agile across the marketplace by moving quickly and proving the wider business with external insights into the market and talent pipeline.
Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will join us on a full-time permanent basis at our Sheffield site but will also have the opportunity to work remotely. We can offer a starting salary of £20,000 – £24,000 dependent upon experience.
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll help us by:

Proactively developing our candidate pipelines and talent pool and continue to develop relationships through networking across social media sites and direct candidate sourcing
Continuously look for ways to enhance and improve the candidate and hiring manager recruitment journey
Managing our high-volume recruitment across our warehouses in the South of Yorkshire and Corby by creating attractive and inclusive approaches to communicate with and source active and passive candidates
Create engaging, job descriptions/adverts across social media channels and job boards
Actively review applications, shortlist those who meet key requirements. Calling candidates to ask screening questions and sharing the most suited candidates with hiring managers and actively arranging interviews

Skills and experience of our Talent Acquisition Specialist:

Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced, reactive environment
Experience in either in house or high-volume recruitment would be ideal but not necessary
Commitment to the provision of quality recruitment services
