Our biotech company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth and innovation in the biotechnology sector.
Responsibilities :
Sourcing and Recruiting : Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
Offer Management : Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail by crafting accurate and error-free offer letters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop competitive compensation packages and negotiate terms as needed.
Business Acumen : Possess a strong understanding of the biotech industry and market trends to effectively advise hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies.
Exercise sound judgment and business acumen when evaluating candidates and determining appropriate sign-on bonuses or incentives.
Stakeholder Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the organization.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and push back when necessary to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Employer Branding : Serve as a brand ambassador for the company by actively promoting our employer brand at trade shows, job fairs, and industry events.
Create engaging content and represent the company’s values and culture to attract top talent. Additionally, leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn to showcase our employer brand and engage with potential candidates.
