We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our physical therapy office and health club, ensuring efficient and effective services to our clients.

The Office Manager will receive a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A benefits package may also be included, which could include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company. In addition, a portion of the company’s profits may be allocated to a bonus pool for managers, which will be distributed based on the performance and contributions of each manager to the company’s success.

“We are pleased to offer you the position of Office Manager with a starting salary of [insert amount], which meets the minimum salary requirements in California. This salary will be paid bi-weekly on a [insert schedule] basis.
In addition to your base salary, we are offering a performance-based bonus opportunity. Each month, if the business realizes a net profit (after deducting all expenses and debt repayment) of over 20%, you will be eligible for a bonus equal to [insert percentage or fixed amount] of the profit for that month. The bonus will be paid out on the [insert schedule] following the end of each month.
