Advanced Hiring for Sales Associate at Montréal, QC Full Time

What You Will Do:
You will join our new sales development programme as a Sales Associate. You’ll embark on a 1 month orientraion period, learning the sales process and establishing your natural sales route; we’ll provide you with the necessary skills and support to maximise success in this role.

Reach out to prospects and identify opportunities to sell our software

Working closely with the CSM and Professional Services team as they provide support throughout the sales process

Be involved continuous professional development via e-learning, 1-2-1s, classroom training, and sales development programs to help accelerate career development

What You Will Have:
Having strong communication skills

Being comfortable in engaging with people over the telephone

An accomplished relationship building with a strong focus on exceptional customer service

Having a strong desire to win and hit targets

Previous experience in Software sales

Previous experience selling to professional services firms is an asset
