POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager, Talent & Organizational Development is responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring multiple critical talent management, performance management and organizational development initiatives and helping to identify and develop internal talent and leadership pipelines. The qualified candidate brings demonstrated experience designing, implementing and monitoring talent management, performance management and organizational development programs, processes and initiatives across the company. Additionally, the qualified candidate will be experienced in driving process improvements within a fast-paced environment, tracking and developing metrics and reporting, and demonstrating the business case for, and impact of, important initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works in partnership with Business Leaders and members of the People & Culture Team to define, design, implement and manage end-to-end strategies that support the achievement of business growth plans and enable a high-performance culture
• Develops comprehensive and innovative talent management, performance management and organizational development strategies that are underpinned by a clear and compelling philosophy
• Drives all aspects of the annual performance management and talent management processes, including developing and supporting a comprehensive approach for assessing, managing, and facilitating calibration sessions and subsequent reporting
• Establishes, tracks and reports on key metrics
• Develops and embeds the organization’s culture, values & philosophies in all aspects of performance management and talent management
• Monitors the movement of talent across the organization, identifying pipeline gaps and providing analysis on themes and trends to provide insight into talent development & learning strategy
• Leads the continuous improvement of organization’s talent management practices, systems, process, and tools
• Collaborates and maintains strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Supports the development and deployment of Employee Opinion Surveys, coordinates reporting, track actions and metrics
• Tracks and analyze key metrics, including evolving the way in which we assess ROI
• Leads and contributes to critical organizational development strategies, programs, processes, and initiatives including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Community Investment; Mentoring; and Development Programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong HRIS experience, SAP and SuccessFactors preferred

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macro development, VLOOKUP’s) and PowerPoint
• Flexible and effectively deals with high levels of change and ambiguity

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

We offer a vibrant office environment with flexibility; some global and domestic travel may be necessary; requires ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate different time zones.

EXPERIENCE:

Required:

• 5+ years in an HRBP/Generalist Role, preferably in a global company
• 3+ years of HR, talent management, and/or leadership development experience
• Proven experience designing, implementing talent management, performance management and / or organizational development strategies, programs, processes, and initiatives
• Ability to effectively lead and manage change

Preferred:

• Experience in the hi-tech, electronics manufacturing sector 5+ years in an HRBP/Generalist Role, preferably in a global company

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

COMPENSATION: As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the hires in the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $120,000 – $140,000. Information regarding additional benefits offered by Advanced Energy is provided below.
