Advanced Cosmetic and General Dentistry Hiring for Patient Treatment Coordinator/Front Desk at Washington, DC Full Time

Our well established dental practice located in a great part of DC is looking for full-time dental patient coordinator. Prior dental experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person based on your customer service experience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Greeting Patients
• Answering Phones
• Scheduling Appointments
• Verifying Insurance coverage
• Treatment presentations and collecting copayments
• Insurance claim aging maintenance
• Patient contact/Reactivation for treatment plans and recall appointments
• Monitoring new patient leads and emails
• Other tasks as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
