POSITION: FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING MANAGER

LOCATION: CORPORATE OFFICE – FRANKLIN, TN (Cool Springs area)

HOURS: MONDAY – FRIDAY; 8AM – 5PM

Essential functions of Accounting Manager:

• Financial statement preparation. Assist in the completion of the month-end process. Prepare standard month-end journal entries, including amortization of prepaid assets. General ledger maintenance as required. Review general ledger periodically during the month for input accuracy and verify that accounts have been reviewed for content.
• Accounts payable. Review general ledger accounts posted from operating expense, expense reports, claims, pharmacy, medical supplies and credit cards.
• Contract reconciliations. Review quarterly ADP reconciliations and monthly pools/caps in preparation for invoicing and month end close.
• Payroll. Oversight and management of the bi-weekly payroll.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Supervise accounting department.
• Oversee our fleet management program
• Miscellaneous projects or reports as required by management.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.

Required education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 2+ years of related experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
