SMT Machine Operator

Job Summary: Advance Circuits provides electronic PCB assemblies to a variety of customers in the military, medical and commercial industries. The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of best practices in the electronic assembly environment. We need highly motivated, well organized individuals to join this dynamic, versatile and growing business.

Job Responsibilities:

§ General knowledge of Surface Mount Technology and equipment operation

§ Experience operating and programing My data Surface Mount Equipment a plus

§ Experience using DEK Stencil printers a plus

§ Experience in reflow operation and profile generation a plus

§ Quality inspection experience is a plus

§ IPC-610 or J-Std certification is a plus

§ Strong aptitude for electronic and mechanical assembly practices

§ Familiar with structured BOMs, assembly drawings and kit identification

§ Must be agile and able to work multiple projects

§ Work well independently and in a group setting

§ Able to meet tight deadlines

§ Ability to work at a fast pace environment

§ Flexibility with scheduling

§ Experience in Lean/6 Sigma a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour
