Advanced Car Shipping is a nationwide managed vehicle transportation solution serving both individuals and corporations across all 50 US states. This job is a constant challenge and requires a number of skills. You’ll be working side-by-side with founder to make on-the-fly sales decisions. A successful Sales Rep at Advanced Car Shipping has creative problem solving abilities and the drive to exceed sales goals. You’ll use your strong communication and selling skills to present innovative transportation solutions to customers, overcome obstacles and close deals quickly.

You’ll do:

• You will answer inbound phone calls and perform email communication related to providing auto transport quotes, confirmation of bookings, pick-up and delivery status, billing and changes to orders.
• Identify prospects, generate sales leads, negotiate, close new business via emails, calls, meetings, etc.
• Perform data entry into CRM for purposes such as processing orders, accessing previous orders, special orders and providing customers with quotes, shipment instruction and delivery confirmation and status updates; research any other inquiries as requested.
• Sell customers on the great service we provide.

Work schedule will include a combination of weekdays, nights and weekends. Availability is flexible for all days of the week. Current hours of operations are as follows and subject to change based on business.

Needs: Ability to work evenings and a weekend day (other days and shifts available with seniority).

Hours of operation:

Monday thru Friday, (8:00am to 10:00pm EST)

Saturday (10am-6pm EST)

Sunday (10am-10:00pm EST)

Our next training begins in May – it’s based on the groups availability and your flexiblity is integral.
