They will be responsible for accountable for leading efforts in sourcing, selecting, and hiring candidates. Essential Job Functions

• Execute effective proactive sourcing strategies using search strings, social media, database searches and networking.
• Manage procurement of talent from identifying top sourcing strategies to effectively close requisitions
• Screen candidates by reviewing candidates’ applications, profiles and performing phone screens.
• Manage the recruitment process, including advertising, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing, and reference checking.
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Serve as a consultant and business advocate during the selection process to make hiring recommendations based on interviews, assessment data, and candidate qualifications.
• Utilize and keep hiring Smartsheet tracker updated in real-time.
• Understand and promote our company culture.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are completed following employment laws and regulations.
• Utilize and analyze recruiting metrics and ing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience recruiting for a variety of positions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Exceptional work ethic and extensive experience in collaboration; demonstrated success in hiring.
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
