About the Role and about You:

The Talent Acquisition Partner position will be based in Hawthorne, CA or could be remote. The incumbent of this role, under the general guidance of the Director of Human Resources will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting while maintaining strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates.

You are highly motivated, organized, attentive to detail, communicate well, and focused on candidate experience.

What you will do:

• Identify business hiring needs and collaboratively consult on topics such as sourcing strategies, hiring trends, and building robust pipelines for assigned positions to develop and execute solutions to satisfy current and long-term talent needs
• Screen candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring Managers, HR, and Candidates, throughout the entire recruiting life cycle by ensuring regular communication, providing progress updates, offering guidance, and responding to questions
• Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive tactics such as social network, networking events, and cold calling to attract active and passive candidates
• Facilitate phone and face-to-face interviews, and conduct reference checks to evaluate skill level in relation to position requirements
• Update applicant tracking system by ensuring information is regularly documented throughout the hiring process including, but not limited to coding applicant’s status, detailed interview notes, and reasoning behind final decisions
• Represent Advanced Air, LLC at job fairs and industry specific events
• Organize campus and career fair visits and events by building and managing relationships with aviation schools and registering for events
• Help develop and implement a corporate social media and brand strategy as it relates to recruitment and engagement
• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in HR / Talent Acquisition, 3+ Years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Ability and willingness to travel, up to 25%
• Previous experience in Aviation, preferred but not required
• Able to pass FAA drug/alcohol screening and background check
