Talent Acquisition Manager
Salary: £43,000 – £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Based at Hammersmith, with travel to other Advance offices and locations. Hybrid option available; minimum 3 days in office and up to 2 days working from home
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work some evenings to ensure the full remit of the role is delivered
Contract: Permanent

About the role:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead in the development and implementation of a best-in-class candidate experience, whilst designing and executing employer branding activities, and introducing and developing scalable, sustainable, and measurable recruitment strategies, data, and processes.
You will manage and lead the end-to-end candidate process and experience, and be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting talent across all areas of the Charity, to ensure we attract and retain quality candidates.
You will also business partner with the hiring managers, actively listening and responding to needs, and supporting them through the full recruitment cycle, from Job Brief meetings, to onboarding new starters, and beyond!
Managing one Talent Acquisition Officer, you’ll report to, and work closely with, the Director of OD and HR, as well as liaise and work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organisation to achieve excellent results at every step.
