RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and attract the most qualified and diverse talent for our open technical positions, from opening a search to offer.
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers regarding market trends, compensation, skills/attributes, target companies, recruitment strategies, and interviewing
Source candidates using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media, Internet job boards, tech associations/user-groups, pure creativity, etc.
Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their motivators, taking them through the entire process up to and including offer negotiation
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of five (5) years of focused full-cycle recruiting experience, with a mix of that experience being at a high-growth technology company and an agency background
Experience recruiting for any type of technical positions in different geographic regions
Experience working with multiple hiring managers to develop a compelling story for candidates, recruitment strategies, creatively sourcing, identifying and hiring top technical talent
Superb candidate management skills, giving each and every candidate an amazing experience
Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills
Insane attention to detail and well-organized; ability multi task and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment (while never letting them see you sweat….)
Strong influencing, negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills (for candidates and hiring managers)
Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills
Expert level and avid user of recruitment tools and a working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
