WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:
Lead a team of passionate engineers in development of new product features and refinement of existing functionality.
Partner with product owners to define and execute on the product roadmap.
Guide engineers on the path of professional development.
Advise senior leadership on opportunities for continuous improvement.
You have 8-12 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
You’ll have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field
2 years of experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
Experience with highly-transactional and distributed SaaS applications
Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns
Passion for engineering best practices
Experience working within an agile development framework
Track record of building software with quality and of high performance
