About The Role

You will work closely with the Strategic Marketing & Communications Lead to support the creation of marketing materials, drive opportunities and ensure impact. This role will make a difference to our business and team in the following ways:

• Drafting and editing copy for various marketing communications material and channels.
• Assisting with the planning, logistics and delivery of ADP’s suite of events.
• Coordinating ADP’s social media calendar and channels.
• Maintaining library of marketing templates and collateral and updating collateral as required.
• Assisting with executing marketing campaigns.
• Performing website updates.
• General marketing and campaign administration tasks.

About you

As a Marketing Coordinator you understand stakeholder requirements and work well on activities simultaneously. As well as this you have:

• Between 2 to 5 years’ experience as a marketing, events, communications or content coordinator in a B2B environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver despite competing deadlines.
• A creative approach to problem solving and desire to explore new options.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Good working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop or strong willingness to develop foundational skills in these programs.
• Experience in digital marketing platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Knowledge of WordPress an advantage, but not essential.
