Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Pro Rata

Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a fundamental role within our HR Business Function.
Responsible for external talent acquisition for all business areas, and direct line management responsibility of the talent acquisition team including:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and actively partner the HRBPs on a day-to-day basis.
You will also oversee the end to end 360 recruitments for a specific range of roles whilst being an active role model and coach to the Talent team to deliver end to end 360 recruitment for this business area.
