Contract: 8 month Fixed term contract – Maternity cover

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Pro Rata

Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a fundamental role within our HR Business Function.

Responsible for external talent acquisition for all business areas, and direct line management responsibility of the talent acquisition team including:

• 1 Talent Partner
• 4 Talent Recruiter
• 1 Talent Resourcer
• 1 Talent Coordinator

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and actively partner the HRBPs on a day-to-day basis.

You will also oversee the end to end 360 recruitments for a specific range of roles whilst being an active role model and coach to the Talent team to deliver end to end 360 recruitment for this business area.

• Work with the Talent Team to ensure that we have the right campaigns
• Lead and monitor the quality of all resourcing work being carried out for the business areas and pre-empt potential issues and define plans for continuous improvement
• Develop relationships with the HRBP/Hiring Managers, and senior business stakeholders as required
• Lead proactive resource planning to depict the short, medium, and long-term requirement, so that our resourcing strategy is fit for purpose.
• Develop exemplary relationships with Talent Acquisition Team peers and manager to role model collaborative working, to ensure that resourcing priorities and efforts are focused and directed in the right way to deliver on the business requirements.
• Lead and participate in various projects within the wider HR department to improve our offering and service level such as compliance, IR35, Inclusive Resourcing, ATS system up-grades. Analyse recruitment MI on a weekly/monthly basis looking at KPI’s, time to hire, time of offer, source of attraction.

About you;

• You will have extensive experience of managing a diverse team of Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Recruiters, Coordinators and Administrators.
• Able to demonstrate managing recruitment projects such as Supplier Relationship Man-agreement, Workforce planning, IR35
• Be able to evidence high levels of proficiency in interpretation of recruitment MI and data
• You will be an experienced HR/ Recruitment professional with an understanding of professional recruitment activities, ideally from an in-house recruitment background with a good understanding of HR / Employment law including referencing, redeployment, and immigration processes.
• You will have strong business partnering skills and be able to show proven campaign management skills for internal and external sourcing.
• Whilst being able to explain and prove the ability to dissect and analyse key business data to ensure we are always channelling our talent strategy in the right places.
