The challenge
As a Senior Talent Partner, APAC you’ll be a guardian of the Adobe culture and part of the regional Talent Acquisition team hiring exceptional talent for a company experiencing hyper growth. You are a true specialist in the art of talent acquisition and will become a key business partner for senior leaders and executives in our business.
You will proactively lead 20+ searches whilst providing valuable insights and market intelligence to the business, from both an internal and external talent perspective. You will naturally engage with senior level leaders and provide significant value beyond the transactional aspect of securing great talent for our business.
What you’ll do
Manage 20+ searches at various phases of the recruiting cycle.
Effectively run a diverse portfolio of role types for multiple leaders across the APAC region.
Develop custom research, target lists and sourcing strategies for current/future roles.
Partner closely with our HR Business Partner, Total Rewards and Global Mobility teams to ensure organisational alignment and competitive positioning both internally and externally.
Proactively partner with business unit leaders, HR Business Partners and finance controllers to anticipate quarterly and annual hiring plans.
Be part of project teams working on hiring strategy, employee/candidate experience improvement and improving operational excellence.
Be an Adobe brand ambassador who provides an exceptional experience for our candidates!
What you need to succeed
Significant in-house recruitment experience with exposure to senior business leaders.
Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
Demonstrable ability to think creatively and strategically to source exceptional talent.
Be a confident networker with the ability to quickly establish relationships with business leaders and prospective candidates.
Be articulate and confident presenting to senior leaders in both a 1:1 and group setting.
Be entrepreneurial and intellectually curious.
Strong operational/process ability, and able to use data to validate recommendations
