About the Role:
As we continue to experience significant growth, we’ve expanded our global university hiring program into Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ).
We’re looking for our very first APJ University Talent Partner to lead the way in bringing in the next generation of talent for our Australia and Japan business.
You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of university talent and partner with stakeholders to evolve and deliver our recruiting strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Attraction + Engagement

Be an Adobe brand ambassador
-
Build strong university partnerships to amplify our brand and opportunities
-
Develop our campus strategy to source for diverse talent – including but not limited to hosting presentations and events and connecting with student groups
Recruitment
-
Complete the full-life cycle of the recruiting processes
-
Provide extraordinary experiences for our candidates and hiring managers
-
Consult on university recruiting best-practices and trends
-
Work closely with key partners to meet hiring targets
Operational Excellence
-
Collaborate with the global team on global initiatives to improve stakeholder experiences and operational excellence

Implement or localise scalable processes and tools to supplement our global frameworks
-
Deliver local reporting via reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and/or SharePoint
What you need to succeed:

Strong experience as a full life-cycle recruiter with proven success in university hiring

Have an inquisitive mentality and stay on top of industry trends and best practice
-
Ability to think creatively and strategically while working towards results tactically
-
Confident communicator with a consistent record of building strong business partnerships
-
Ability to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail
-
Operational excellence and organization skills are critical
