Adnams Hiring for HR Advisor at Southwold Full Time

The Role

This is an exciting time to be joining the team as a full time HR Advisor where your purpose will be to attract, retain, support and engage our employees by doing things the right way!

You will be the first point of contact for our managers and our employees and will offer support and advice on a wide range of HR topics including employee engagement, performance, motivation and well-being.

The Adnams HR Team like to challenge the norm and are always looking for new and better ways to do things in order to deliver more for the business and for our people.

What are we looking for

To be successful in this role you will be curious and energetic with previous generalist HR experience in a fast paced environment. You will know that our success is built on our people and you will have excellent communication and influencing skills. Building strong relationships at all levels within an organisation will be second nature to you.

Key areas will inclide;

Provide advice and guidance on a range of topics to employees and managers

Manage employee relations case work such as absence, performance, grievance and TUPE with sensitivity and fairness

Support managers with recruitment, selection and on-boarding

Promote, co-ordinate and occasionally deliver learning & development activity

Data reporting and analysis

Location

We are based in Southwold but have locations across East Anglia. We promote hybrid and flexible working and employees are able to mix working from home and working from one of our Southwold Offices.
