New Brunswick Theological Seminary is seeking a collaborative and experienced admissions professional to bring their proven record of accomplishment to the Director of Admissions position at NBTS. The Director of Admissions is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of new students to the institution. This position involves building and maintaining professional relationships within and outside the seminary, serving as the primary recruiter, leading and growing the admissions department, and engaging in strategic planning to support the admissions goals and overall mission of the seminary. 

The Director must demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with faculty, students, alumni, staff, and administrators. The Director must be mission-driven and committed to working at a seminary with diverse students. This person must have at least two years of experience in recruiting and one year in leadership of higher education admissions. Familiarity with Christian ministry is required.
