Admiralty Leasing is Looking for Loan Officer (Administration Role) Full Time

We’re looking for a Loan Officer with excellent communication abilities and the ability to quickly solve customer issues. A successful candidate will interact and work closely with both customers, brokers, vendors and staff to ensure that lease applications are processed accurately, completely and in a timely manner. The right candidate will have experience in finance and/or accounting and/or business and/or marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Review lease applications and make recommendations on if we should offer a lease approval.
• Research equipment and applicant to ensure no criminal background, no fraud/ scams associated with applicant using websites such as Google, Facebook etc.
• Keep up to date with financial and market trends within various industries.
• Prepare lease documents ensuring accurate spelling of names and financing numbers are correct.
• Examine new financial opportunities through research and marketing efforts.
• Assist customers with lease process via phone and e-mail.
• Keep accurate paper records for lease files.
• Meet all legal and ethical requirements.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Suite products

We are looking for a candidate who has strong math skills and an attention to detail. The role requires someone who has an interest in personal finance and good business decision skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
