Admark Graphics Hiring for Customer Service Coordinator at Charlotte, NC Full Time

We are seeking an in-person Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers and various departments by providing support services and insuring information is relayed in a timely manner. Huge opportunity for growth for the right individual.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone-ins and walk-ins
• Handle art requests submitted by sales and liaison with art department
• Handle vehicle check-ins and vehicle check-outs
• Learn how to breakdown Artboards for production
• Handle Estimate and Order Entry overflow
• Additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Spatial and mathematically skills
• Familiarity with artwork/art production
• Printing experience and/or Adobe Illustrator experience preferred
