The roll of the Recruiter Assistant will be to support a senior nurse recruiter. Responsibilities include managing a group of nurses with calling/texting/emailing potential and currently working RNs. Being able to discuss new and extending assignments. Maintaining candidate database, assist with credentialing and onboarding of new nurses. Handling issues and concerns of currently working nurses as needed. Will be managing resumes and preparing submission profiles. This is a entry level position with the potential of upward mobility. This is not an HR position. This position is 100% remote

EQUIREMENTS

· Have a sales mentality and ability strongly preferred

· Being able to talk to people and handle issues and problems

· Ability to work independently at home and as part of a team

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

· Proactive with Self-motivated attitude

· Problem solving ability

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Great attention to detail

· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
