AdeptAg Hiring for Pumpset Production Technician at Beamsville, ON Full Time

LOCATION: Beamsville, ON. Canada

Zwart Systems Inc. requires a self-motivated individual to join our team in the Production Department. This role requires a candidate who is a team player with a desire to learn, must have an eye for detail and mechanical aptitude.

Primary Responsibilities:
Reading CAD engineered drawings

Mounting of pumps and drives on custom built frames

Assembly of PVC fittings and manual, air actuated and mechanical valves

Plumbing PVC, stainless, galvanized, or brass assemblies

Cutting various materials with various tools

Hydraulic hose assembly

Gluing and tee taping fittings

Low voltage wiring

Working with hand tools and power tools

Work with team leaders and managers to achieve superior product results

Participate in training programs as required

Adhere to all company policy, procedures and safety protocols

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
Experience assembling finished product, both mechanical and electrical

Experience with measuring, using die-grinders, disc-grinders, and other hand and power tools in a production setting

Strong attention to detail

Must be a quick learner

Must be mechanically inclined

Familiar with working in the manufacturing industry

Must be reliable, responsible and have an exceptional work ethic

Must be capable of working well as part of a team or individually

Must be able to lift to 50lbs

Must have own safety footwear

Able to work effectively under pressure in time sensitive situations

Excellent communication skills; oral, written and inter-personal

Strong problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and ability to exercise independent judgment is an asset
