Full Job Description

  • Verify patient insurance eligibility
  • Obtain pre-authorization and ongoing status for upcoming visits
  • Determine patient’s financial responsibility based on insurance benefit information
  • Patient pre-collections for upcoming appointments and outstanding balances
  • Excellent communication with patients, Team members, Management and physicians.
  • Insurance Aging and Follow Up
  • Insurance denials, appeals and rejects
  • Coordinate account concerns with management.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Handle other tasks as directed by management
  • Ability to prioritize workflow
  • Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Behavioral Health office setting is preferred
  • This is a remote position, employee preferably located in FL, TX, or VA
  • We are a Christian based workplace.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
