ADEPT HRM Solutions Hiring for Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant Full Time

We are a tight-knit group of professionals who like to work hard and have fun doing it! We are looking for a full-time Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for working with our Talent Acquisition team to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our clients.

This position is remote and must be located in the Charlotte, NC metro area.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients and team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates.
• Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.
• Arrange pre-employment testing, background & references screenings.
• Place and update all job postings in various Medias including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners.
• Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting s and other staffing administration functions as needed.
• Respond to applicants in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular follow-up with clients to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
• Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours.
• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with clients to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• 3+ years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
• Human Resources Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
