Our mission is to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into a user-friendly platform, making a substantial impact on healthcare outcomes. We are on the lookout for a like-minded Head of Software to join us as a co-founder and lead the development of our pioneering web app.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a robust architecture that will serve as the backbone of our innovative healthcare product.
• Collaborate closely with our AI team to integrate AI solutions into the platform, ensuring a seamless and meaningful user experience.
• As the sole developer initially, take full ownership of the software development process from concept to deployment, ensuring the highest quality standards.
• As the business expands, lead and mentor the growing software development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in full-stack development with a well-documented and detailed portfolio.
• Proficient in modern web technologies and frameworks; specific technologies will be discussed based on the developed architecture.
• Demonstrated leadership in software development projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering user-centric solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI integration in software development, with the ability to collaborate with AI specialists to deliver cohesive solutions.
• You must be able and comfortable in communicating your ideas to diverse stakeholders as you take ownership of the decisions that will drive growth

Compensation:

• This is a co-founder position offering ownership equity in the company. Salary will be provided post initial prototype build and upon successful fund raising.
