Unique Groundbreaking Tool Connecting Troubled Youth to Treatment Programs

Adelphoi USA, a leader in the delivery of behavioral treatment plans for troubled youth involved with the juvenile justice system, has a ground floor opportunity with our FirstMatch® program for an experienced professional to market our predictive analytical tools. Our breakthrough application uses proprietary algorithms to better connect kids in need with the best possible treatment program. Our application can also be utilized for other populations in various fields.

What are our markets?

• County and state entities that support the placement of youth in need of services.
• Organizations providing services to troubled youth in community-based or residential settings.

What qualifications do we seek?

• 3+ years of sales, with an understanding of public procurement processes and lead generation preferred.
• A four-year degree that provides a foundation in marketing and sales concepts.

What will you be asked to do?

• Demonstrate the use of our application to potential customers and support our mission.
• Manage long sales cycles and build national relationships with key providers.

Base Rate of $60k

Opportunity for bonus up to $15,000. This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the U.S.A.
