• Office Assistance Job Roles / Responsibilities :
• Answer Phone & Take Messages
• Filing
• Social Media updates
• Assist with Marketing and Sales efforts
• Assist with scheduling
• Inventory / Ordering
• Customer Service
• Assist w / Billing

The “RIGHT” candidate possess :

• The ability to be proactive in their role and not have to have constant direction.
• Self-motivation
• Good Communication (written & verbal)
• Good phone etiquette
• Computer skills (PC, internet, website, facebook)
• The ability to work independently as well as with others
• Patience and the skills to work safely.

Pay Details : $16.00 to $17.00 per week
