Adecco UK Hiring for Resourcing Partner Job at London, England Full Time

We are looking for a Resourcing Manager pay up to £47k to look after the support functions (IT, HR, Finance, legal etc. Based in Canary Wharf for a large financial organisation. We are looking to fill two positions; one is full time the other possible 4 days per week for maternity cover. You will be put through a stringent vetting process prior to starting.

As a Resourcing partner, you’ll be aligned to a functional area, working closely with managers up to director level. Working in a strategic partnership with your stakeholders you will have a good understanding of the functional area – you’ll also help them to provide the right number of people with the right skills to meet their overall objectives, keeping abreast of all recruitment developments. You will be naturally resilient and a solutions provider, pro-actively sourcing candidates to minimise agency usage by filling roles through direct sourcing methods.
