The successful candidate will play an integral part in overseeing HR practices, processes and strategies. Duties include overseeing the recruitment process, managing agency relationships, working on projects and cases loads and ensuring that employees follow best practices and company policies.

Role & Responsibilities:
Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process

Managing a company’s appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings

Ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations

Working closely with key Stake Holders and Hiring Managers

Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave

Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly

Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances

Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits

This is a super opportunity for an experienced HR Manager looking to make a difference and grow within a successful Group with offices in Wrexham and Caernarfon.
