Monday- Friday 7am- 4:30pm

We are currently seeking a Transport Administrator to join the team of a well-established and highly regarded company in the Medway region. They have an open planned, modern feel office with kitchen areas. We are seeking candidates enjoy being hands on and looking to progress their skills within a growing company. Are you self-motivated, flexible and keen to learn then this role is for you. With full training provided, you will have the opportunity to grow within the company!

Duties:

• Plan daily loads, keeping drivers compliant with strict laws
• Monitor and troubleshoot road operations different distribution locations
• Completing paperwork efficiently and accurately
• Maintain an organised and updated database for operations
• Create impactful information s for better decision-making
• Liaising with other departments to achieve results

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience working within a logistics setting
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Great communication skills
• Happy to work as a part of a team
