Job Title: Retail Assistant

Hourly pay rate: £10.62 p/h

Working pattern: 8am – 5.30pm

Location: Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge

Start date: Starting as soon as possible!

Adecco are teaming up with an established organisation, who are seeking a retail assistant to work in their busy café, on an ongoing basis!

Role Responsibilities:

• Welcome walk-in guests, answer questions and generally manage the customer’s experience in a positive way.
• R re-filling fridges & displays
• Ensuring your work area is clean and tidy. Training will be provided.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by line management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communicator – written and verbal
• Ability to work with strict confidentiality
• Previously dealt with various customer enquiries
• Available immediately and on an ongoing basis
